BrokerIQ ("the Platform") is a software tool designed to assist Australian mortgage brokers with scenario management, calculations, lender product matching, and workflow automation. The Platform is a tool — it does not provide financial advice, credit assistance, or any form of professional advisory service.

2. Not a Financial Adviser

Domato AI Pty Ltd does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and does not provide personal financial advice. Nothing on this Platform should be construed as a recommendation, opinion, or endorsement of any financial product or strategy. Any outputs, calculations, or AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute personal or general financial advice.

3. National Consumer Credit Protection Act (NCCP)

Mortgage brokers using BrokerIQ remain solely responsible for their own obligations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth), including responsible lending obligations, suitability assessments, and compliance with their Australian Credit Licence (ACL) conditions. The Platform does not assess loan suitability or make lending recommendations on behalf of the broker.

4. Calculator Accuracy

All calculations produced by the Platform — including borrowing capacity estimates, stamp duty calculations, loan repayment projections, LVR/LMI estimates, and income shading — are indicative estimates only. They are based on the inputs you provide and generalised assumptions. Actual figures may differ based on lender policies, individual circumstances, government concessions, and other factors. Do not rely on these calculations as guarantees of any outcome.

5. AI-Generated Content

BrokerIQ includes features powered by artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs). AI-generated outputs — including scenario insights, structuring recommendations, risk flags, and chat responses — are provided for informational purposes only. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Brokers must independently verify all AI-generated content before acting on it or sharing it with clients.

6. Consumer Data Right (CDR) Data

The Platform displays mortgage product data sourced from the Consumer Data Right (CDR) APIs. This data represents published product information from participating lenders and is updated regularly. However, CDR data may not reflect real-time changes to product availability, rates, fees, or eligibility criteria. Always confirm product details directly with the relevant lender before making recommendations to clients.

7. Third-Party Data

The Platform aggregates data from third-party sources including Domain.com.au, the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), and CDR APIs. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we make no warranty or representation regarding the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of third-party data. Use of this data is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Domato AI Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Decisions made in reliance on calculator outputs or AI-generated content.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data, CDR product information, or market data.
• Loss of revenue, clients, or business opportunities arising from use of the Platform.
• Any failure to comply with regulatory obligations, which remains the sole responsibility of the broker.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
