Browse the full lender product catalogue.
The Market Rates page gives you access to the complete CDR product catalogue outside of any specific scenario. Data updates daily from CDR feeds.

Go to Market Rates
In the sidebar, click 'Market Rates' under the Tools section. The page loads with all available mortgage products from 50+ lenders.

Filter by rate type
Use the filter bar at the top. Select 'Variable' to see variable rate products, or choose a fixed term (1 year, 2 year, 3 year, 5 year). You can also filter by LVR range (e.g. show products available at 90% LVR).

Filter by lender or features
Type a lender name to search, or toggle feature filters like offset account, redraw, extra repayments allowed, or split loan available.

Compare products
Each product row shows: lender name, product name, current rate, comparison rate, establishment fee, ongoing annual fee, and key features. Products are sorted by comparison rate (lowest first) by default.

View product details
Click any product row to expand the full detail — including eligibility criteria, LVR limits, income requirements, and terms. This is the same data lenders publish via the CDR.

Use this for client conversations
When a client asks 'What's the best variable rate right now?' or 'Which lenders offer offset at 90% LVR?', you can answer in seconds using the filters.
