Managing Leads in Your Dashboard

View, filter, and follow up on leads.

When someone uses your calculator and submits their contact details, they appear in your Lead Generation dashboard. Each lead includes their name, email, phone, and the calculation results they saw.

    Open Lead Generation

    In the sidebar, click 'Lead Generation' under Work. You'll see all your leads listed below the calculator links card. New leads appear at the top.

    Filter by status

    Use the status tabs at the top: All, New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, Lost. Click a tab to filter. The count next to 'All' shows your total leads.

    Click a lead to see details

    Click any lead row to open the detail panel on the right. You'll see their full name, email, phone, the calculator they used, and their exact inputs and results (e.g. borrowing capacity of $650,000, monthly repayment of $3,200).

    Update the lead status

    In the detail panel, click the status dropdown and select the new status. For example, change from 'New' to 'Contacted' after your first call.

    Add notes

    Type notes in the notes field — e.g. 'Spoke on phone, looking to buy in Parramatta, pre-approval needed by June'. Notes are saved automatically.

    Send an email

    If you've connected Gmail or Outlook (under Integrations), click the Share button to send calculator links or follow-up emails directly from BrokerIQ. The email is sent from your email address.

    Create a scenario from a lead

    Click 'Create Scenario' in the detail panel. BrokerIQ creates a new scenario pre-filled with the lead's calculator data (property value, income, loan amount). You can then refine it and start matching lenders.
