Understanding the alerts the Copilot generates.
The Copilot generates risk flags based on common reasons for loan declines and issues that brokers frequently encounter. Each flag includes an explanation and a suggested action.
Common risk flags include: LVR above 80% (LMI trigger), LVR above 90% (limited lender options), serviceability tight at assessment rate, high DTI ratio, insufficient genuine savings, credit card limits affecting capacity, and employment type concerns for certain lenders.
The Copilot also checks for data completeness — missing fields that would need to be filled before submission. This catches oversights before they reach the lender.
Risk flags update in real time as you edit the scenario. Change the deposit amount and the LVR flag immediately recalculates.
