Connecting Gmail
Send emails and share calculator links directly from BrokerIQ.
Connecting your Gmail account lets you send emails to clients directly from BrokerIQ — including calculator links, intake forms, and scenario summaries. Emails are sent from your Gmail address, so clients see your name — not a generic BrokerIQ address.

Go to Integrations
In the sidebar, click 'Integrations' under the Workspace section.

Click 'Connect Gmail'
You'll see a Gmail card with a 'Connect' button. Click it.

Authorise with Google
You'll be redirected to Google's authorisation page. Sign in with the Gmail account you want to send from (e.g. your work email). Review the permissions — BrokerIQ only requests permission to send emails on your behalf. It does not read your inbox.

Click Allow
Click 'Allow' on the Google consent screen. You'll be redirected back to BrokerIQ.

Verify the connection
Back on the Integrations page, the Gmail card should now show 'Connected' with a green badge and your email address. You can disconnect at any time by clicking 'Disconnect'.

Start sending emails
You can now send emails from: Lead Generation (share calculator links with prospects), Scenarios (share results or summaries), and the Share drawer on any page. All emails appear in your Gmail Sent folder.
