Connecting Outlook
Use your Microsoft 365 account to send from BrokerIQ.
If your brokerage uses Microsoft 365, you can connect Outlook instead of Gmail. The setup is similar — go to Integrations, click 'Connect Outlook', and authorise via your Microsoft account.
All the same features work: sending calculator links, scenario summaries, and intake forms directly from BrokerIQ using your Outlook email address.
If you need to switch between Gmail and Outlook, you can disconnect one and connect the other at any time from the Integrations page.
