Exporting Scenarios
Export to PDF, LIXI XML, Excel, or CSV.
BrokerIQ supports multiple export formats so you can share scenarios with clients, submit to lenders, or keep records in your preferred format.

Open the scenario you want to export
Go to Scenarios in the sidebar and click on the scenario. Make sure all the details are complete — exports include whatever data is currently in the scenario.

Click the Export button
In the top right of the scenario page, click the Export button (download icon). A dropdown menu appears with the available formats.

Choose PDF for client presentations
Select 'PDF Report'. This generates a professional document with all scenario details, lender comparison, funds position, and calculations. Great for printing or emailing to clients.

Choose LIXI XML for lender submissions
Select 'LIXI XML'. This generates an industry-standard XML file that can be imported into lender portals or aggregator platforms like Mercury or Connective. The XML includes borrower details, property info, and loan structure.

Choose Excel or CSV for data analysis
Select 'Excel' or 'CSV' to export the scenario data in spreadsheet format. Useful for record keeping, compliance, or feeding into other systems.

The file downloads immediately
Once you select a format, the file downloads to your browser's default download location. No waiting — exports are generated instantly.
